We prescribe medications, vision correction, surgery, eyeglasses and or contact lenses and vision rehabilitation. We develop treatment plans. As physicians, we observe early signs of systemic conditions.
We diagnose ocular manifestations caused by systemic diseases such as diabetes and high blood pressure. We administer drugs to patients to aid in the treatment of eye and vision problems and to treat eye diseases.
