Wendy, our Office Manager is originally from the UK but got to Texas as soon as she could. She doesn’t just help work up her patients, she gets involved in the clinical care of each of her patients. She helps presents solutions to problems. “I always want to know how to take better care of patients or what people like and don’t like about their current vision and how we can help them achieve healthy eyes". To make sure you are healthy and see well matters! Whether it revolves around surgery changes or sports vision, the use of computers, office work or active activities, I try to keep up with new clinical trends that will benefit the way my patients work and play. If a patient is open to new ideas, sometimes really good changes can be made.

Wendy has been with our office for 4 years. With a professionalism that shows every day at the office. Wendy is one of our two gems. During her hours away from our clinic, Wendy spends time running after Jasmine, her daughter. Jeff, her husband, is an avid Rodeo spectator and retired Air Force. Little it is known she has an addiction to ice cream and Starbucks, and also likes watching Monster Trucks Shows....

Judie is our Optician, and we are more than glad she is part of our staff. “Some optical shops are all about salesmanship, not at Eye & Vision, I care that you look great. But that’s not what we’re about". Her personality is bubbly and enthusiastic. She likes to make sure everybody leaves with a smile. “We have great communication between the opticians and doctors so we work together to solve problems and keep your eyes healthy. "Other places specialize in prescriptions, filling the same simple ones over and over again. But we deal with many complex cases, and a large variety of medical conditions, every day." Her attention to detail is remarkable and her optical knowledge is even more amazing.

Judie will make you feel special. "I also enjoy working with kids, making them comfortable by having fun and letting them discover that glasses are not such a scary thing.”

Judie has been an optician for over nine years and has advanced education and ample experience is fashion retailing as well as Patient Care. Her professionalism and enthusiasm shows every day at the office in her attention to details and the way her patients have come to trust and love her. When she is not in the office, she is missed. She enjoys listening to music. She is recently starting to learn how to use her I-pod and has been known to have started a rose collection.

Cindy is our newest member of the staff, she is our IT specialist and ophthalmic technician. It is very likely that your initial interaction before seeing the doctors will be with her. She is lively and full of smiles with a very outgoing character. She loves her new found line of work "I really enjoy helping people, sometimes they get anxious so it is important to calm the nerves down as I see that as my job". Cyndi is also the tech guru on the office, she will very likely try to help you if you ask her any tech questions. She loves to listen to 80's music, recently she is a Reggeaton music lover and daddy Yankee is usually stuck in her head most of the day, and little is known but she is a very competitive pool and eight ball player.
